I’m also in agreement. I could see it possibly making sense in an enterprise, where many teams are working on different units. But choosing different stacks within the same enterprise raises a barrier to sharing resources across teams. And the idea that each stack could move independently from other stacks feels like a nice but expensive architectural goal.
